I really enjoy The Lobby, which is put out by Gamespot every week. They release a podcast version of it now, but there is also a 1 hour video every week if you'd rather watch it. They stream it live every Tuesday at 5 EST and then put out a podcast either than night or the next day. You can also go back and watch/listen to all the older videos if you'd like, but they didn't make podcasts for them.

And to answer your question @grimis16, the first post of this thread (the one before mine) was actually made March of 2015, so Jason has been working on Chorus for quite a while. But many of us found out a month or two ago; Jason started inviting some of us over to help beta test. He posted in some of AP's most active threads asking people to PM him for an invite to what he'd been working on.

 

Excited about that Doom open beta next week.

 

Doing everything in my power to not play / watch any of that. So far I've done well. If I can only hold out a little bit longer!

 

How does one get in on this for ps4?

 

It will likely be in the store this coming Tuesday (could be earlier, but the store usually gets updated on Tuesdays).

 

Do you have to have it pre-ordered or is that what open means?

 

Hopefully it will be easy to find on the marketplace when it drops. From what I've read about it, people are pretty impressed!

nice, i'm hoping it lives up. The trailers have looked pretty good so far. I might go and pre order overwatch to get the beta next month.

 

Looking to get a new game for xbox, is the division worth it if I only play a hour or two a day as a casual gamer or is it for more of the people that like to grind?

 

I'm hoping it's good too, and that the online multiplayer isn't so clustered like a lot of FPS games now (not that I don't like those, but going back to being basic would be refreshing).

 

I got it is as a casual gamer and couldnt really commit myself to it. Its a fun game but something you need to devote yourself to a little bit. Maybe grab it on redbox if available to you?

 

Hmm not sure about that one. I couldn't really get into the beta, but then again, I didn't put a whole lot of time into it either, since it did appear that a lot of grinding would be involved. I just picked up Quantum Break for X1, so will be checking that out this weekend.

 

not for a casual gamer at all. i'd recommend adventure/story games like assassin's creed or tomb raider. or platformers like rayman.

Downloaded Kingdom Hearts Unchained X this morning since a ton of my friends regularly played the JP Browser version and I figured I might as well give it a shot in it's new release.

Now I just gotta get off work

 

I may have to give Dead Space another spin again.. Played through that 3 times, whats the harm in a 4th go of it.

Heh no problem.

From what I've seen it doesn't look too bad. But given the fact that the JP Browser version is being killed off in Sept of this year doesn't bode well for how long this game will be a supported thing. Regardless, I'll give it a go and see if I enjoy it enough to kill a few hours a night or something with it.

 

The Bethesda E3 hype is already real!

 

I'm not getting unnecessarily hyped for any future Bethesda releases. Fallout 4 and Skyrim burned me dammit.

 

I want TES6. But I haven't played ESO in a long time and there's a 100% bonus XP this week going on as well.

Wow KH Unchained X may be the biggest game on my iPad. I have never had something take this long to download
