Anyone between 2-6 would need to kill it and also assume Chelsea fall apart if they want the title. We'll see another big summer though.

  2. Fighting for 2-4 will be interesting. Two good teams will be left out.

I wonder if Sigurdsson will be gone in Jan or stick till Swansea get relegated?

  4. He deserves so much better. Poch was speaking highly of him recently. We need him back.

His level is starting for a team like Everton, I just don't see anyone who needs him.

Amazing how quickly Swansea have gone backwards.

England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland have been fined for wearing/displaying poppies.

Ireland have been fined for our 1916 commemoration.

    Well in, Fifa.

In fairness, if they're going to crack down on political symbols at games, then Easter Rising related stuff surely falls foul of it?

Similarly, the Poppy Appeal being used to raise awareness and money for current veterans has to be seen that way too.

Doing either of those things when playing certain teams is not going to make for a pleasant spectacle, is it?

This would excite me if a solid rumor manifested. Please don't excite me. Last I read, we were seriously considering Dzagoev for this role which excites me again but doesn't at the same time because I know how up and down his form can be.

If Everton could not steal Swansea's best player for the second consecutive transfer window, that would be great.

Dzagoev is certainly a level above Siggy when he's on his game. Only question is if he can constantly reach and maintain it.

I've no problem with the fines. All teams broke clear rules.

I do think the actual monetary amount is odd. Why did we only get fined 5 grand and England ten times that?

Why were Wales and NI fined for poppies in the stands and off the pitch? Why was Scotland fined 20 grand?

  15. Is Ross Barkley worth the big transfer fee? I doubt it happens but all the rumors say Spurs are eyeing him for January.

    Depends, how big is 'big'?

After the Arsenal win I have way too high of hope for everton coming into the derby and I have a terrible feeling they're going to disappoint

His potential is colossal so any transfer fee should be colossal, too, amirite?

Seriously, though, you'd be looking at a fee of £40m to begin negotiations.

Oh, and you're right to doubt it happens lol

I'm not sure if Barkley would be content as cover for Dele.

  21. Lamela is apparently close to returning and will likely get his starting spot back. So our midfield is already clogged. If we bring in anyone it needs to be a true attacking player. Preferably someone who can play on the wing. Although Poch has been experimenting with the 3-4-2-1 and Walker/Rose have been able to be more effective on the outside.

Lord above, can someone please shoot Jamie Carragher.

  23. I rate the chances of Barkley leaving for Spurs at approximately negative one million percent

Seamus continuing his recent good form tonight so far. My 1st half motm.
