Been checking out some mods for skyrim on PS4 tonight, I can tell there's a ton of limitations but some are still cool. Like this nice cottage you can add to riverwood as a player House

 

I sent my Xbox One in for repairs and they sent me a new one and that makes me a little sad haha

 

Enjoying Murdered: Soul Suspect thanks to Games with Gold but still glad I didn't buy it on release.

 

At least it works. In the summer of 2006, my original 360 that I bought at launch had its video output stop working so I had to send it in. 2 weeks later, they sent me a console that overheated and wouldn't run for longer than an hour. I had to send that one back. Then, they send me another one and this time it didn't read games or DVD's, only CD's . So I sent that one in and then finally sent me a working one. I was without a console from mid-May to early August.

 

Gonna start another playthrough of Morrowind tonight.

 

This one is a little louder than my old one. Not sure if I should be worried about that though. It does not sound broken if that makes sense.

 

I went through 8 Xbox 360s in the span of 3 years post launch.

They always replaced it without question, but usually with another faulty one.

I knew getting the Xbox One meant buying one of the best made consoles because of what MS had learned though.

 

It was an awful summer since it was the first summer of the 360 and I just wanted to game, but nope. lol

 

Do you guys think every Xbox should sound exactly the same? Is it a bad sign if my new one makes a slightly higher pitched sound than my old one?

 

I'd think so - could be a bad fan.

update: pokemon is really, really good. even if there's a lot of cutscenes and tutorials for the first hour or so.

I had a bad fan before and that made a higher noise. I don't know, I just don't want to send it away again, haha.

 

Personally I loved this game! Nice little short game with a cool story(got mine free as well!)

 

Like I said I am enjoying it but if I had bought it I would've expected more out of it however since it is free I can't really complain.

Very nice that TT Batman Episode 4 is close. I just played the first three over the last few days and they're great.

 

I really hope that they release a patch to give me good teammates on CoD MWR.

 

Apparently FFXV is out there in the wild, at least in a few Latin American companies. Someone on NeoGAF said their local game shop in NY would have it in on Friday.

So bummed. I had placed the 60" Samsung I posted earlier in my cart on Best Buy's website yesterday, and they don't have store pickup, but I could pick it up from their warehouse distribution center, which is 10 minutes away. So today I went to buy it, and the DC is no longer an option! I called customer service and they said since it's a week away from Black Friday, inventory is going to be crazy so they removed that functionality from the website and now they only schedule deliveries. On the plus sign, she did say there's a store a little further away that is showing stock - so hopefully I can get it from there. Getting ready for HDR gaming!
