Yeah I’m very excited for more Roc Marciano. One of the best rappers alive

 

The one he released earlier in the year is probably my least favourite Marci album in a long time. It's still very good, but he hasn't been dominating my charts like he has in previous years.

new Smino is decent but not really pulling any tricks. it's nice but not even close to NOIR or blkswn, IMO

edit- Hoe-nouns is fantastic tho

 

yeah agreed there’s a few tracks on there I really like. The Bun B one with the still tippin sample was great but it didn’t completely wow me. I hope it’s just a holdover since it felt super short.

 

The Bun B and the Thundercat tracks stood out for sure
