Just watched. Holy shit the tension was unfuckingbelievable. The kinda stuff you save for a season finale whew. I stand by what I said earlier this is the best Sheridan-verse show out there.

On episode 3 of Landman. Sheridan sure loves the "Old white country guy 'truthbombs' a woke young liberal woman while charming her in the process" trope.

 

In the Sheridanverse liberal women are either evil villains, or they are there to have their minds changed and then be seduced by a smart ambitious conservative white man.

 

Finished watching the first episode of Cross on Prime Video. Yeah I am hooked and Aldis Hodge is a god damn star!!

 

Enjoying Cross but there’s a random weird anti vax line.

 

I thought the first episode of cross was just ok. The first episode basically spoils its 2 mysteries right off the bat (killer and mystery intruder) but Aldis Hodge can salvage it I feel.

 

Was thinking about Man Seeking Woman today, that was such a good show

Very underrated. Simon Rich has an upcoming broadway play that is running for a few months starting in December that sounds kind of like a spiritual successor to Man Seeking Woman

 

Excited to watch The Agency tonight

 

I like The Empress. Much more grounded in history like an Austro-Hungarian The Crown then like Bridgerton or The Great.

in my experience, ads on peacock tend to be all before the movie starts. i don't stream a lot of tv on peacock, however, so i don't want to say for sure but i'm guessing they're interspersed

 

Finished Man On the Inside today. Not Mike Schur’s best but between this and Thelma there’s some lovely work about getting older happening right now

 

Just finished first episode of The Agency. This is EXTREMELY my shit. Excited for this
