Hit the Floor? Is a BAD song?

Did a quick scan through the discography and couldn’t identify any songs that are definitively worse than Cut the Bridge, so it might be. Its only real competition would be other songs from this album lol

also, HT is almost certainly not in my top three

 

From what I recall nothing in this album was as bad as most of One More Light, also Hybrid Theory remains at the top for me, there isn't one song on the album that I would skip.

 

is that including the 13 interludes on thousand suns?

 

Empty Spaces is the best song LP has ever written.

I would rather listen to slightly out of tune Minecraft parodies of the A Thousand Suns interludes than Cut The Bridge

A Thousand Suns has exactly the correct amount of interludes, none of which are bad.

I’ve always thought the first two tracks should’ve been one track, not slip into two.
And, “Empty Spaces” probably should just be attached to “Burning in the Skies,” with how short it is. But, if I just hit play at the beginning and let it go, the album flows perfectly.

 

I had to relisten to Cut The Bridge, I think Emily's chorus is catchy but the part "cut it down down" is kind of annoying. There is something in the way she starts the prechorus that reminds me of Billie Eilish, it's not a good song overall but I don't think it is there worst.

 

Right from the first second, the intro music is terrible
