I'm doing the opposite lol, I'm starting in Tokyo, then down to Osaka, then back up to Tokyo. Definitely gonna hit up the NJPW shop, Suzuki's store in Shinjuku, and this other store whose name escapes me at the moment.

It was considerably cheaper for us to fly into Osaka than Tokyo from LA, trying to end with Tokyo Disney for a few days. I’ve only spent about 12 hours in Tokyo on a layover back from Vietnam (and we did a crazy fast Disney trip during that time), looking forward to exploring.

 

Catching up on last weeks Smackdown… this Punk/Roman thing reminds me of that classic Bray/Roman tag match. Guess they are gonna do Ciampa/Gargano yet again

 

At least they have toilets, unlike in most of China

 

Idk if it was mentioned already but Fight For the Fallen will be airing on Max as well

 

The production for TNA's PPV is absolutely terrible.

All that money WWE has and they can’t fucking buy back some of their old themes

 

So, that Punk/Roman segment was shot as close to Hollywood as I imagine any WWE segment ever will be...just crazy high production, they need to do that all the time with any of their "X sits down with Y" segments. Certainly helps that Heyman is the mediator, but, put literally any other body there and thats how any pre-tape should look.

 

They need to do one with KO, his delivery would would be top notch. Also, the way they had Punk walk away at the end was badass

 

this is cool

 

I don't like when wrestling shows try to be "cinema" personally. Always ends up feeling like a direct-to-streaming action movie with the corny music and poor cuts.

the acting, too. Cody and Punk were particularly corny. Tbf I liked the Roman/Cody segment more, but the Punk/Roman one I feel could have been a live segment and been really big for the crowd
