For Cincy it's a GM problem in addition to talent and coaching. They haven't drafted well on that side of the ball and have no standouts other than Trey Hendrickson. Sam Hubbard is washed. CTB is toast. Backend hasn't looked right since they let Jessie Bates walk in FA. Interior DL is a mess after DJ Reader left and FA pickups like Sheldon Rankins aren't going to fix that.
