    ouch

I don't like that at all

maybe they're still finding their way with the loss of the other guys in the band...

Why would he go without a guitar? He looks so awkward.

Still trying really hard to get into this album, but the magic just isn't there for me. So easily their worst.

try skipping the first 2 tracks

this new album finds its footing for me during track 3 and really gets good track 4 onwards

Man, this version of the song is still so much better/more fun than the studio take. Or the Kimmel version.

Agree. I’ve always kinda wanted a stripped down country/folk style solo album from Taylor and I think a few of the songs on the new album sounded better early on when they were more stripped down.

I think that's what they should have done this album cycle. Either a stripped down version of Dawes, or a Taylor solo album. This just doesn't feel quite right, and as you said, some of the songs suffer from the attempts to flesh them out.

I’m probably in the minority who enjoy the album but I’ve also liked every song with the exception of a couple.

that being said, I would be down for a more stripped down Dawes. I miss the harmonies. Enough Already scratched that itch a little but it’s difficult to rank every album against their first two.
