Say what you want about the Drake Maye development plan, but I'm glad they aired on the side of caution in not starting him week 1. I would have preferred in hindsight (and I was wrong about this) a better bridge than Jacoby, but I think the plan itself was relatively solid albeit needing like 8 more offensive tackles.

 

I thought Jacoby would have performed at least a smidge better than he has tbh

 

Pats just gotta get some better offensive linemen and wide receivers first. Should be ready by 2027

Not good or anything, but they haven't been a completely empty wasteland of suck like they were to start a year. Ben Brown has been a stabilizing force up the middle and Vederian Lowe has only been mediocre which is A LOT

Not defending Bateman, though he's been decent this year, sun-blinded drops notwithstanding, but I don't think Diontae really replaces him when Diontae is like strictly a (very good) possession receiver type and Bateman is more deep threat.

That's probably one of the worst possible landing spot for him as a fantasy owner. I have him in two different leagues, and now I have him and Flowers on the same team.
