The part that got me was knowing the drivers name lol

 

I’ve been saying this for awhile now…but you’re going to be shocked by how well Trump does with African Americans and Hispanics this election.

He’s lushing the right buttons (even though they’re the dumb buttons)…talking to people in a natural cadence with a bit of off base humor is much more effective with these communities then whatever robot shit Kamala is going.

 

my parents told me just now that they already voted by mail, so I can say with absolute certainty ol' donny boy is pulling into a quick lead on the popular vote 2-0

 

My parents just voted for Kamala by mail so it's 2-2

 

My parents have no money saved and it looks like their equity will maybe just cover their debts when they’re gone so hey there’s one legitimate millennial complaint I can’t relate to. but also damn it would be nice and relieve a good amount of stress to know me or my kid is getting a big inheritance at some point.

 

My parents aren’t rich but did well enough for themselves that they can live comfortably in retirement but they’ve helped me out several times in the past especially when I completely fucked my life up about 7 years ago. Legit don’t know where I’d be if they didn’t help me then.

 

If I was in a swing state I think I’d be less confident in my decision to not vote for Harris but I still can’t bring myself to vote for someone who won't change a single thing about the way we are aiding a genocide. The videos and images are forever burned into my brain and I’ll never use any political tool I posses to give that person or party a show of support to keep doing it.

I voted for Stein. The way results are reported I think it’s better to vote for another candidate than undervote/not vote for anyone to at least send a message to dems that they lost X% of likely voters. It’s on them to either take that and try and appeal to us or ignore it and keep pandering to people like Dick Cheney or whatever.

Maybe he just has a lot of Azore-Asians at that rally, people from the Azores Islands of Asian descent.

 

I appreciate the answer. I was mulling over voting Stein for the same reason. It feels a little hypocritical from me because I’ve definitely clowned on Stein before (probably in here too), but to your point I think it sends more of a message than just leaving it blank.

granted I am in Massachusetts, but driving home just now I saw A TON of Harris Walz signs, a bunch that say 'HARRIS OBVIOUSLY', and a handful of those ones with trump's swoopie hair that say 'NOPE' in big letters and then 'Not Again' a bit smaller

there seems to be way more of these than I ever remember seeing signs for Biden

 

I’m in the suburbs near Pittsburgh and Trump signs are everywhere. I flip each one off and it’s getting exhausting now.

I will probably move to the city or at least much closer. Too many republicans here.

 

My parents definitely retired pretty comfortably but my mom retired early for health reasons and my dad worked a few years past retirement age for the healthcare. They just redid their kitchen that came with a nice price tag along with all new appliances and shit for it. My grandma (she was with Alzheimers lives with them and receive zero financial report from my mom's siblings for it. They have helped both myself and my brother (more him than me) a few times, but I am staring down a small wedding bill where my fiancé's family does not have much money and I legit wish my parents would either help with that or a down payment on a house.

 

there are a lot of trump signs around, but anecdotally there don't seem to be more of them now vs any other period in the last 8-ish years

I feel like there's always been the same number of people in MA that feel the need to let everyone know they like trump. like there's a business in town that has a ginormous TRUMP TAKE AMERICA BACK sign on a fence out in front, but they've had some form of huge trump sign there since way back when he first announced he was running the first time

 

Someone made this point to me around here that Trump supporters are so nuts that they don't feel comfortably putting any signs out in their lawn. I guess out in the suburbs by me some guy was throwing trash, nails, and other shit all over people's lawns who had any Democratic lawn signs out there. Sheriffs have done fuck all to help catch the guy as the homeowners seem to know who it is.
