Spurs fans can correct me but from what I’ve seen of them over the last few months, Maddison doesn’t really seem to fit in

 

He’s actually been very good the last few matches lol but I’ve had concerns here and there as well

 

Our defense has been pretty good overall this year. Last 6-7 games I think we’ve given up 1 or 0 goals. But when they collapse, they really collapse. Embarrassing half from them. Brighton have a great attack but we did this to ourselves today.

 

Yeah, whenever Romero loses his brain the defense just collapses. It sucks. Team has so much potential.

 

Yeah it’s not. His system has been working and they look so much better. Individual players just making idiotic mistakes.

Let’s go! Mitoma was great. Georginio was also very good — he offers a lot of what Joao Pedro brings to Brighton so it’s nice to not miss JP entirely like we did last winter. This high line sucks to watch and Veltman cannot keep up with any winger in the prem which is a huge issue.

The developments are welcome although, at the same time, will not distract from the continued impasse with Van Dijk, Salah and Alexander-Arnold. There has been contact between the club and the representatives of all three players, but talks have not found common ground.

less than two years remaining for Konate, so very happy to see this get ironed out now. also his form to start the season has been exceptional as has his availability
