Pretty bummed about them not actually doing to play through, tbh. They're one of my favorite bands, but I honestly don't really care about seeing them play random heavier songs.

 

Disguising Mistakes and Under Serious Attack are the only songs from TWE I've never gotten to see live. Was kinda hoping this was finally going to be the time.

 

Disguising Mistakes might actually be my favorite song on that album. Maybe it'll make the cut since it was popular enough to have a video at the time.

 

If they didn't want to play the full album they probably shouldn't have announced that's what they were doing for their set.

 

That actually sounds amazing

Emery Setlist at So What?! 2024

I wonder if they'll do this setlist replacing Party Song and ISSWS with Cheval and Thrash. ISSWS is the best song they've ever written, so that'd be a shame.

I’ve never done it, but I imagine they’d have to based on the used inventory they have. It might be a situation where you drop it off and they look at them you come back later to get your money/credit. I imagine they go off a percentage from discogs.

EDIT: also I’d recommend reaching out on Instagram/Facebook. They’re good about responding on there.

 

So as someone who likes both bands, Stretch Armstrong has said this is their last show on the books and have no plans for really anything else. They play the same time as The Bled, who I do like more. Having a hard time deciding on this one.

 

My biggest issue is Saturday with Saosin v poison the well. That’s ROUGH

 

I saw Saosin last Friday and told Cove I will be there but I'm still not sure if I'll be seeing them or PTW and he was like "Oh shit! We are playing at the same time??? That's rough"

Just boarded my plane. Seeing tons of people on board with FF related shirts and it's starting to feel real.

 

What time is everyone getting to the festival tomorrow?

My hotel can't accommodate an early check-in, so if I leave here by 8am, I can be finding parking around 11-11:15. I think that's going to be my plan, but have some wiggle room since the first act I really want to see is 2. But would leave some time for merch. May dip out around August Burns Red to get checked in. They put a note on my reservation to not release my room at least.

 

First band I want to see is at 1:20, so I'll probably eat lunch at home then try to get there around 12:30ish so I can get my bearings on the grounds. Does your hotel not have digital check in?

 

Also, does anyone want to get a group chat going, or at least some IG handles? mine is @bowlermicah if anyone wants to add me there. I don't post a lot but I'll get that notification a lot faster than someone messaging me here.

 

I don't think a place this cheap would. It wasn't mentioned as an option when I called yesterday.

They also just posted that Incendiary had to drop for unforeseen reasons and are replaced by No Cure. They moved to main stage and Showdown to Shed.
