Sinners…. Eh, I don’t know. Coogler is great and that cast is stacked but the trailer didn’t do much for me.

Da Substance is just the same movie but instead of the deadpan phone representative it’s Tracy Morgan saying things like “I don’t know lady, sounds pretty crazy!”

 

I watched Slaughter High last night for the horror movie from the month and year I was born prompt. It had a couple humorous moments but I couldn’t really get into it. Not the worst slasher I’ve seen though

 

It struggles with having three directors lol

2 people walked out like 30 minutes in. They never would have lasted the entire time.

they walked out when Qualley popped out of Demi’s back so there’s no way they would have made it through all the other insane shit

I think I loved it I just was not fully prepared.

If that’s the one on Tubi, I’ve seen it. An interesting and weird take on a horror comedy version of the Wizard of Oz.

 

Their heads definitely look like they belong on their bodies.
