It is crazy immersive, one of my favorite gaming experiences of the last decade.

 

Yeah, I know I'll never get another Ape Escape game realistically, but it's fun to hope sometimes

 

at the very LEAST, they need to put ape escape 3 on PSN

 

Been playing Plucky Squire and am sad to say I dont think its very good. Lots of cool and fun ideas that they dont do anything remotely interesting with. Nice looking game though.

 

Yeah that seems to be the consensus. Too bad :(

Started Demon Souls and it’s ok so far. Interested to get more into it.

Oh boy I just found a copy on ebay for cheap-ish and was about to start it after I finish DS3. Maybe I'll do bloodborne instead.

I mean I just finished DS2 and the smelter demon / sir alonne runbacks fundamentally changed me as a person (for the worse), is demon souls worse than that??

 

Anyone check out UFO 50? Really hope it comes to console eventually.

 

Played a few minutes of the first game and it was hilariously frustrating (intentionally so). Second game seemed good, but my break ended so I didn’t get to spend much time with it.

 

An hour in, and The Plucky Squire is very flawed so far - the gameplay in particular is a little underwhelming - but it’s absolutely worth playing for the aesthetic alone. Reminds me a bit of Tinykin when you’re outside of the book, and the first time I left the book almost gave me chills - just a really cool moment and they nailed the visuals all around. Very cute, too.

 

Ok, why now though? Like, no one is even playing that game anymore.
