Okay. Let's just quickly recap before I let you go. You claim racism because you feel uncomfortable walking in downtown Memphis.

I raise an actual example of systemic racism by pointing out that community is segregated, thus creating crime and poverty.

You then tell me a story about how a cop noticed you weee out of place and directed you to safety. And that's nice it really is.

Unfortunately the people in that community, the community created by segregation. They don't get to leave. They don't get to be directed towards safety.

Oh for fucks sake. Yes we should acknowledge the system is rigged. And many Trump supporters clearly did not have access to the same resources in terms of high quality education that is "elite" critically thinking liberals have. Simply put, if you're never afforded the opportunity to be educated, you're likely to be more accepting of simple ideology that doesn't challenge your basic premise.

impeachment is worst case scenario because then we're stuck with mike pence who is probably more evil than trump and is actually competent

I was moreso refuting that reverse racism doesn't exist. Out of 7 billion people, some claim to hate all blacks without any basis for doing so, some claim to hate all Muslims without the same basis, it's not outlandish to say that there aren't a few that hate all whites simply because we're always viewed as entitled. I know I am in a lions den here because I have mostly conservative views, but by no means did I want a Trump presidency (or, tbh, any of the GOP candidates this election)

 

His record with LGBTQ people is so fucked I don't know where to start.

 

pence has already confirmed trump will roll back protections for LGBQT+ people. imagine the destruction pence would do if he had all the power himself. that man hates anyone who identifies as LGBQT+. to his fucking core. im more terrified of him than trump, but maybe that's because i'm queer.

 

I had a dream about trump and pence leading a conga line of white men diving head first into the wood chipper from Fargo....I am also sleep deprived.

 

Encouraging, extremely disappointed California didn't repeal the death penalty though.

 

He at least has a line of reasoning you can follow and fight against. That's my point. That and he would be better with nuke codes than Trump. Don't mistake my statement for support in any way. He's a small minded man and that makes him easy to beat.
