I didn't really order the record based on exclusivity, I ordered because that was the one that was actually available (and the smash looked cool with the album art). I can see cancelling if you were trying to resell, but I don't really care otherwise.

 

Starting this weekend off right!

 

Yeah I don’t get people choosing purely because it’s the most exclusive variant - unless you like multiple variants. As fourstarters said, probably the resellers but I couldn’t care of the numbers if I like the variant.

 

I’ll admit that exclusivity is a factor when I’m making my selection. But the biggest factors for me are: original artwork, aesthetics, and price. Exclusivity is kinda the tiebreaker if I’m torn between two variants I like roughly equally.

 

I’m just saying I would not cancel my order purely based on the quantity increasing. I would have already chosen the variant because of the other factors mentioned in comments above.

This album takes me back to a different time and a different life. It's kinda bittersweet.

 

Mine came today too! Can’t wait to give it a spin.

I got my shipping notification yesterday afternoon and it was at my doorsteps this morning. Impressive!

 

Spinning this now. Same, these songs transport me right back to 2014 (I was a few years late for the SB train).
Such a great album. I really hope she steers back to this bright pop sound for her next one.

 

This is one of my grails. Debating whether to purchase a month for this Emeryland thing as those are low, low numbers

 

What is Emeryland and how much?

 

Yeah I'm surprised at the numbers. Figured they'd be more!

 

I have a feeling the Unoriginal Vinyl tease for 9/10 will announce their variant of Emery as well. But that's my speculation. I have the 2018 fishbowl variant. But this embossed cover looks pretty sweet.

The tour is in my area tomorrow. But I'm not going.
