Yeah, I don't mean to sound overly pessimistic, but I would be absolutely shocked if Trump doesn't go after gay marriage. I completely expect a concerted Republican effort to effectively erase the last 8 years of progress.

 

And, honestly, as much as I hated W. Bush, he looks fucking amazing next to Trump.

 

The 18 map looks horrific to be honest.

It's going to take a lot of personal work to prevent negativity from washing over me and avoid rooting for failure.

Probably true. I also think Hillary beats Rubio and Cruz with how this played out.

 

As a student looking to get two scientific majors (Computer Science and Mathematics) and someone who is a supporter of alternative energy and individual energy rights, this scares me.

 

Mike Pence for VP is almost more scary imo

 

can house dems j filibuster or block or w/e his justice nominations for the next 8 years? Honestly that would make me feel a lil better

 

This is honestly the worst feeling I've ever had. All I can do is sit dejected at my work desk and stare off into the distance while I try to come to terms with the unimaginable.

 

A Biden/Warren ticket would've won this election by a much wider margin than Bernie and anyone else.
