You can go into the settings and adjust the difficulty of just about all the mini games including the lock picking. I turned it off as soon as I got the trophy.

 

Got stuck at the first auto-fail stealth mission. I got close but gonna try again in the morning.

 

I wanted to try out the call of duty beta and then I saw it was like 200 gb and I went nevermind

 

Prince of Persia: Sands of Time is so good. Living this game so much. Splitting my time between this and Outlaws. Video games are awesome y'all.

 

I hope the developers don’t take that voice features out of the new COD because you know what we need some chaos and good memes

 

I can’t imagine they will. It’s 2024. They’d have to be beyond stupid if they thought people would do anything different

 

2024 is the year of wild so let’s just enjoy the ride and see how fast people get banned lol

the amount of “everyone says this game is a 7” I’ve seen for this game the last 3 months and now “reviewers say this game is mid blah blah” surrounding this game has been completely next level imo.

so many people really just do echo chamber opinion on shit in this industry lol. they let the journalists do all the thinking for them and then sentiment about a game just snowballs into some ridiculous parody.

to be fair the trailers did it no favors and using your own eyes is a bit costly these days so I'd like there to be some return to accountability or even competence.

by use your eyes I just mean look at videos of the game. I liked the previews haha - I think people tearing that content up was kinda what I described, definitely hyperbolic behavior.

 

I mean I was def one of those people so idk, but thankfully I could afford to dabble in the game myself and see it was a marketing failure. Also YouTube compression is unusually cruel to this game imo

 

For some reason I completely miss the paths and vents that make the stealth missions a lot less frustrating ha I seriously worked on one mission for hrs (off and on for a day or so) then turned it on last night and was like wait a second… and realized I just needed to send Nix over to a button and boy oh boy did I feel “smart”. Ha I’m enjoying the game for the most part the world is very pretty. Really like cursing around in the speeder.

 

Skill Up’s Outlaws review is so obviously couched in this really tepid “some of it’s bad” analysis that I can tell he doesn’t actually believe but is throwing in because people will go insane if you’re positive about an Ubisoft game like he ultimately lands on “I don’t recommend it now but get it on sale later” after gushing about it way more than he harped on the few negatives. Idk man I love skill up but it’s just weak af to me to bend the knee to the chuds who shriek UBISHILL if you say one of their games are decent

 

I’m the opposite, not a crazy big fan of the movies (for reasons) but I love the shit out of Far Cry.

I love far cry and need to get back into far cry 6 one of these days I played the opening hours late last year and didn’t think it was as bad as people say

 

This shit is hilarious.

 

That’s because COD is basically one big hub at this point between all the current interactions.

 

6 is actually pretty fun, it has some questionable design choices but the meat of the game is still classic Far Cry.

 

While I would like to check out the Avatar game eventually, I mostly just get a kick out of seeing it on sale on Xbox and/or PS almost every month since it came out and it never drops below $34.99 lol
