New Spectral Wound is great and new Sabrina Carpenter is fun.

Not much else for me today.

 

I was a poser pop punk kid and was headed down a nu-metal path until I discovered this album. It changed everything. They are the best performers I've ever seen and they bring it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Absolute legends.

 

i’m in no way a genre expert or even a music critic. i just add genres bc i listen to a variety of music. i don’t listen to pre-release singles, so sometimes it’s a shot in the dark. pls take w a grain of salt!

Check out the new Showoff EP. Melodic Punk/ Skate Punk. Plus fun fact, they were on an old PS game back in the late 90s, Street Sk8er, which was released before Tony Hawk

 

Enjoying it, but I wish they put that single they released at the end of last year on it. Good song, and I just like having everything in one place haha

 

they were also once signed to a label owned by madonna :P

I'll give the Illuminati Hotties album a few spins. Their last stuff in my opinion was awful.

 

i think I’ve listened to The Real You EP more than Spectral Wound, which is impressive. Good find!

 

Gock - Presents: Gock (anthemic political punk/queercore)

very surprised by this one! they’re from my hometown. I haven’t been back in five years, but this isn’t something I would expect to come outta Idaho! I guess a lot can change in a short time with the worsening political climate + Boise’s exponential growth.

 

Yeah. While a good portion of the stuff on the new album is better than the singles, I’ve not really returned to it unfortunately and don’t see myself doing so.

I could not stop playing Pink Elephant. It was on repeat for months. Slowly just lost me with each release.

 

Really loving the new Pete Yorn album! Probably my favorite since ArrangingTime
