Quick update on this. U Turn customer support got back to me. They aren't exactly sure what the problem is, but they suspect that the spindle is too tight and needs to be replaced.

Is that a common problem? The lack of confidence in their answer makes me hesitant to purchase even more replacement parts in hopes to solve this. Part of me is considering just selling this thing somewhere and purchasing either a direct drive or automatic belt drive turntable.

 

Yesssss been waiting for this one for a long time. Such a cool album

im glad i own the OG version, i don't know why roadrunner isn't repressing it, especially since it's celebrating its tenth anniversary this year, i thought record labels wanted to make money?

 

I'm so in love with the alt cover for Deeper Well, and the album is really good, too! idk if she'll ever recapture the magic of Golden Hour but she gets damn close with this one. Star-Crossed is fine, I kinda hate the yellow of the variant I have tho

 

I Just picked up a bunch of packages from my Proxy mailer. As soon as I saw the mailer for my Bilmuri my heart sank. I've emailed both the merch company and Shippsy the company I use as this is beyond frustrating. Especially seeing as how Bilmuri is tracking to be my AOTY.
