Im excited to see Bananas and Josh interactions after Josh screwed Johnny over a few seasons ago and was crying.

 

Finally watched.


Ahhhhhhh this should have been 2 hours! I'm also wondering if this eventually turns into a solo winner, a guy and girl combo winner, or what.

I'm all here for the Theo/Paulie drama. That's some bad blood haha. Also I like the fact they all have to plead their case as a team and it's not done individually, that let's it be all out in the open.

Nurys and hopefully Olivia should be good. I feel Jenny would be a bad pick, she's a beast. But Nurys can surprise.....

Also LOL at Tony and the first puzzle. Oh Tony oh Tony haha.

 

Era 4 is such a disaster in the best possible way. Only Horacio and Kyland are calm and don’t like their emotions get the best of them. Michele won and was safe yet she was crying during vote, she’s such a basket case haha. The right pick would be to throw Olivia and Paulie in as they are probably the weakest links.

Era 3 should throw in Avery and Tony. Era 2 should go with Avia and Derek and Era 1 it should be Brad (he looks the part but never gets the job done) and Annessa.

Also it wouldn’t be an episode of the Challenge without Annessa complaining she might be up for an elimination.

 

So Paulie is gay right? Like, I know he said he is bi, but Im assuming he may just be fully gay now and thats why Cara and him broke up. She doesnt hate him like a typical ex as she is understanding of the situation. They never actually did say why they broke up, but just looking at the guy progress each season thats the impression I get. Which is TOTALLY FINE!

 

Agreed with all those except Paulie. As much as I don't like him, Josh is by far the weakest link imo.

I don't think they ever did confirm the breakup just that they're "working things out privately", she unfollowed him and removed some pics, but they're still seemingly super cool and doing plenty of appearances together and he still talks about her like he worships the ground she walks on.

I mean it wouldn't be the first time they fake broke up.....

Speaking of him, as much as I dislike him he's got a mind for the game tbh. He's co-hosting a new podcast and he says he's bringing back drama after it's been gone for so long and.......he's not wrong lol. The past few flagships have been playing it safe for the most part and I guess if we're gonna get Paulie, gimme drama Paulie over mature wise Paulie from USA 2.

God I hated saying that lol.

Amanda had no chance.....bummed as she s fav of mine. Poor Leroy! But I'm glad we'll see more of Tony.

Derrick and Mark was a fight for sure, but Derrick showed why he's Mr. Pole Wrestle. Hahahaha Katie. Oh Katie.

Yeahhh Paulie had zero chance. Theo is a beast.

I'm sure we'll see Brandon again. Same with Kelly Anne. I knew she wasn't beating Cara.

Huh, the karma vote. Wonder how this will work. Dunno how I'm feeling about it yet.

 

I feel like outside of Mark/Derrick, Brandon/Ryan and Tony/Leroy the outcomes were pretty obvious based on the game and the size of the Challenger. Hopefully they switch up the elimination games going forward and it’s not the same 4.

I still have a feeling that it’s going to be an Era Team winning and not just a man and woman or just 1 winner.

 

Yeah that Tony/Leroy was definitely tossup for sure. I think knit might change from teams to single, people in podcasts have kinda skirted around the question but when the topic of money came up it was either Derrick or Paulie that alluded to them possibly being told how many winners there would be at the first challenges we just didn't see it. Or they could just be blowing smoke to keep us guessing.

 

I’m just thinking that the twist could be a non twist where TJ could be like you guys are idiots trying to get rid of the best players on your team when you could have used them in a final to win.

 

Another great episode. Surprised at the two mens eliminations for Era 2 and Era 3. I personally dont give a crap about these karma votes. It better not ruin the final like it did in AS4. Laurel was handed that win.

 

Yeah the more I think about it, I think the cores could result in a time advantage at the final. Like you know how there's always SOMETHING like a time advantage. I could see that.

 

Does anyone know where to watch this without having cable? I was able to watch last week's episode on MTV.com using my parent's cable login, but they haven't put this week's episode up yet, and I'm wondering if they won't be doing that.

Any goodwill you had going into this season is literally wiped now. And all HER doubters are also rethinking their views now.

 

All I was thinking is what a dumbass, some things just never change. Kind of disappointed. Next week looks good already.

 

I read the exit interviews with both him and her he's still to this day boneheaded as ever. I'm extremely disappointed and Avery makes good points calling him out for thinking he was checked out due to not only his leaving AS 4 (which she was also there for remember) but how he really was acting that we weren't shown and that he was still getting paid whatever amount regardless. Next week actually does look insane, I can't wait.....and this new twist whoa. Game changing, now they've gotta be smart with who they wanna throw in.

So the latest Big Brother person got kicked off last night and in his CBS exit interview and plenty of other exit interviews he has said PUT ME ON THE CHALLENGE. And other famous BB people have tweeted it out. And I'll be honest with you, he's 100% challenge material in ways that no other BB contestants have been. He's like if Bananas and Jordan had a baby. Physical specimen, fantastic at puzzles, knows how to win, can polidick, a pure agent of chaos who isn't afraid of getting dirty. I could see him winning the daily and then telling TJ he himself is going into elimination. He's the only person (other than Michelle rip) I've been excited to see from a CBS show and he'd actually be the first I'd actively root for.

 

CT Pro Tip; Horacio, if you are going to lollygag once you catch that last ball to put your final jaxs in the board, Derek will beat you. Very disappointing performance from Horacio with that final slow roll move to the board. Also, Jenny; wake up girl. You were seconds away from losing to Aneesa. You are a physical specimen and gassed out.

 

Other parts of the Internet are going wild accusing production of cheating and that Horacio won and the editing shows it. Apparently Derrick had one peg fall from the hole and was sitting on the pegs below so it LOOKS like he didn't get it done first but c'mon people use common sense. If he put the peg in, and it falls out if he hit the board or a different peg.......that doesn't invalidate it or make that peg "out ".

I would have laughed so hard if Aneeesa won LOL. Next week looks to be the Cara/Laurel meltdown damn. Wasn't expecting it THIS EARLY. Also obligatory fuck Laurel. Why was she going off at Darrell??? Sheesh.

 

Laurel is so cringe and just ugly as a person. I would think when she sees herself on tv she would notice and change her act, but she gets worse every season.

 

The AS4 win definitely went to her head. From all the pods I've heard and interviews I've read even people who used to be friends can't stand her now. Ryan and her got into it after AS4. Then Derek has said the two of them. Indeed in AS4 and went into 40 good friends but left the season not friends due to the way she handled herself. even Aviv has said it was fucking crazy the way Laurel treated people. I'm looking forward to next week to see who, if anyone, goes off on Laurel and/or defends Cara. I do remember Tina going OFF on someone in trailers but don't remember who exactly.
