Seems like it was part of a larger squad or new player introduction ceremony, Alvarez was unveiled to a similar reception. I appreciate a fan base going so hard for a signing lacking in glamour, if anyone can show appreciation for a midfielder who thrives in doing the unselfish hard running in midfield it’ll be the fans of a club who have engrained those traits into their DNA with full commitment to Simeone ball.

Also just generally like to see supporters back their club’s players 100% in this age of fickle fandom. I think it’s easy to lose focus of the support part of being a supporter.
