opiated, oceanic dub-techno with rippling bass that’ll send shivers down your spine. riyl Deepchord, Rhythm and Sound, Pole, the new Skee Mask

Here's a chilled-out ambient synth album my label just put out. It doesn't have any actual vocals but it does include a series of poems meant to be read along with each track. Don't think I've seen anybody do that before.

Listening to this gem from the 80’s. Tranquil, drifty, noodly, americana-tinged and jazzy. Highly recommend if you like Stars of the Lid, North Americans, Chuck Johnson, etc.

    New Chuck Johnson album

Some reissued older Japanese ambient, also dropped today

and this one seems dope, a modern ambient reimagining of 12th century composer Hildegard’s work. For the harp fans.

The Chuck Johnson feels like a post rock album at times, really dope.

    Also loved Fossil Cocoon.

check this out. Just discovered this strange beauty from 1982. sounds like the title/cover suggests. There’s a touch of a blended Susumu Yokota, Hiroshi Yoshimura, and a bit of James Ferraro vibe there.
