Osprey losing at Wembley feels very unlike AEW booking

 

Toni yelling "You SLAAAAG!" at the end of this is maybe my favorite part of any feud AEW has done

 

I dont disagree, but kinda feels like one of Danielson/Swerve or MJF/Ospreay is gonna end in a swerve for All Out

He wrestled Cage for the belt in a 15 minute TNT title match in January and teamed with Keith Lee a year ago. He's been mostly wrestling (and losing) in openers against younger guys on Rampage or ROH and eating pins in eliminator matches to put over champions.

 

I'm not sure its possible you could book a less "need to watch" show than this. Promoting a Dustin promo!?

 

At least Darby vs Andy should be fun.

Would have NEVER guessed he was 74 wow.

 

He had some serious allegations of domestic abuse and he wasn't the greatest booker, I can't say that i really liked the guy. I will say though his gimmick in Florida in the 1980's was so ahead of it's time. His gimmick was the foundation on which every satanic/occult/paranormal gimmick that came after it was built. Without Kevin Sullivan there would be no Undertaker, there would be no Bray Wyatt, there would be no House of Black.

 

Just saw they're doing Bound For Glory in Detroit and that just made my day better.

 

The Florida effect

 

So after Dynamite I am guessing we are getting for All In:

Okada VS Claudio
JJ VS Hanger
Hook VS Jericho
And a trios title match which I believe might be a triple threat?

I actually hoped for Okada VS Hangman (to revisit the ill fated match from the first Forbidden Door). I love Claudio to death but I would like to see him elsewhere in this, probably in the casino gauntlet match.

Speaking of the casino gauntlet match, hopefully we can get some UK names like Michael Oku, Session Moth Martina, Grado, Luke Jacobs (who somehow still isn't signed anywhere) or maybe even a relic like Jody Fleisch.
