some notable films of theirs include Longlegs, Parasite, Triangle of Sadness, Anora, and Anatomy of a Fall

 

really pumped for Longlegs

 

That Anora trailer is so good

God this is going to be good. Probably wouldn't guess it was a Sean Baker movie based on that trailer though.

 

That’s insane that Stuckmann got Neon for his first movie.

 

Fair play to him for making the jump from YouTube critic to filmmaker and now his feature film debut being released through Neon!!

I know people like to give him shit and I understand that it’s easy to do that but good for him

Nothing against him. He’s from where I grew up. Always found his reviews grating, but clearly the love for movies was there. Happy for him and hope it’s good. Just did not expect Neon to pick it up.

Tried watching Stress Positions and couldn’t make it to the end. So disappointing not to have been able to enjoy it. It’s gotten great reviews, I feel like I watched an entirely different movie than anyone else did
