How is he not locked up? It's been a few years so my memory can be iffy but I do still remember VERY horrid graphic details about the abuse he's done to Esme Bianco and Evan Rachel Wood at least, not to count all the shit he has himself admitted to in his own interviews and autobiographies dating back to the late 90s. Is this a case where's he's desperately attempting a comeback before a trial happens or he gets charged or something?

 

Quick Google search indicates the various lawsuits have either been dropped, settled, or found lacking in evidence.

I really love Code, and because of that I am interested in hearing what Reba has to say about this but it's tough to imagine anything she could say that would make me feel better about this.

It just doesn’t take much imagination to assume what the reason would be. Wasn’t found guilty in a court of law, lack of evidence, recanted testimony, so it’s all good (despite the obvious flaws in the justice system especially when it comes to cases surrounding rape and domestic violence) I simply don’t see any other response being possible. There’s no “sorry I didn’t know” or “the paycheck matters more to me than victims of rape and torture,” it’s gonna be a full throated “he’s innocent because the law told me he is”
