Yeah I don’t get the hate for Yahoo it’s always been great for me

 

I'm just gonna go make a sick fantasy app that people want, not tie it into DFS one bit because DFS is a plague, and then go sell it to the Athletic.

 

I end up in the wrong place on Sleeper, usually their DFS tie-ins about 85% of the time I use the app. That number with yahoo is probably like 3% lol.

 

Feel like yahoo works really well on Sundays with their projection updates in real time, etc

I don’t know I think it’s cause it’s been the one I’ve used for over 10 years that it’s just what I know

 

The ultimate fantasy

 

I missed the beat miss expectations convo but my luke warm take is that tomlin finally has a losing season. On paper, the back half of the schedule is incredibly difficult. I think they need to be 5-3 going into the bye to have a winning record lol.

 

Yahoo looks like it was designed for boomers by boomers. It's ugly and poorly organized

 

The first week of when we started our sleeper dynasty league I definitely was confused where to go and it kept telling me I had “cookies” to spend and upgrade random sleeper shit

 

I miss ugly websites but yeah not like Yahoo

 

Also playing at Baltimore then home against Kansas City 4 days later sucks lol

 

I promise I did not seek this out but youtube suggested a burger king training video to me?

 

eagles ravens chiefs bengals is a brutal way to end the season for the steelers lol

 

And yet in Steelers fashion their season-deciding losses will be against like the Raiders and Commanders

 

What’s poorly organized about it

everything is exactly where I expect it to be lol

it’s ugly sure but it’s readable and functional and you can easily access all the important info which is more than you can say for most fantasy platforms

 

The desktop interface is terrible. Not as bad as sleeper but pretty close. I don't see how the last part isn't true for ESPN either. Being ugly is a huge turnoff

I know I should just use my phone but I like to draft/set lineups while I work and only use my phone for last second adjustments

Exactly. You got research and shit up on the desktop for drafting too

 

I always draft on desktop unless I'm not at home for part of the draft for some reason. Otherwise I use the mobile app for 99% of everything, but I do have my roster as a homepage at work so I can check it in the morning and make changes. Plus it's easier to compare stats and see everything at once without scrolling on a desktop.

Speaking about baseball here, but goes for football also
