Where did this couch/ dolphin stuff come from? Best I've found is that it was a joke someone made that everyone just ran with.

Weren’t they just claiming it was 9 million a few weeks ago? Now it’s 20?

it’s also insane how their followers actually believe there are 9 (or 20) million new immigrants in the country right now. Massive morons.

20 million lmao does anyone believe that illegal immigrants almost twice Ohio’s population have moved here in 4 years

I love the idea that they're doing a census of people doing something illegally

They also have a ad going to during the Olympics that I have been getting going after Harris for the border. One claim is that illegals take taxes/benefits away from regular Americans which made me laugh because thats such a boldface lie. They put more into the system than they even come close to taking.

Make them citizens and tax them, profits go up. Penalize businesses mightily if anyone's undocumented. Such a simple solution.

Imagine how many Republican businesses tank if we immediately send them back.

Are black people safer from police now under Biden than they were with Trump? In hindsight, his argument is invalid.

Honestly the rate stuff is going with him, I don't see how he survives to election day

Republicans will ignore the fact that they already nominated him and act like it's no different than Dems replacing Biden

How do we have still have posts like this where you strawman and say SOME PEOPLE IN THIS THREAD. you know who they are, you got a problem with them address them. this is dumb.

it’s starting to get infuriating. every three days people are forced to lay out for the tenth time their problems with democrats then three days later someone screeches I CANT BELIEVE SOME PEOPLE IN THIS THREAD WANT TRUMP TO WIN. its intellectually bankrupt bullshit

Roy Cooper is one of the most comically generic looking democrats I have ever seen.

All three major potential VP picks suck ass, but at least with Mark Kelly you got some compelling inspirational narrative behind him that can energize voters, instead of just being an empty suit.

check the replies and yes, a LOT of them. Like these people are so so dumb, or willfully ignorant to justify their racism. But I lean towards dumb.

I gotta imagine it will be either Kelly or Shapiro because the conventional political wisdom is that the VP should be someone who helps with the electoral college math, if possible.

I’d think Kelly would be the favorite from the optics perspective but for the Dems fear of losing his seat in the 2026 special election.

I think the optics of having the VP be someone who was a captain in the Navy, and an astronaut, with the additional inspirational story of his wife, would be too hard to ignore. They'll have two years to find a suitable 2026 replacement anyways

The idea that 8 years of Trump, "conventional political wisdom" will help at all seems laughable to me

Isn’t he the most conservative of the all the potential picks though? Can’t even get him to support unions, which is like the easiest thing for liberals to do
