Guess who finally showed up on My Adventures with Superman

 

The latest episode was great and I'm very much looking forward to the next one. Also Kara's design reminds me of Android 18 from DBZ but I'm sure a thousand people have said that already

 

I'm in the subreddit for the show and yeah, like every other post for the last two weeks haha

 

I'm unfamiliar with most of DBZ storyline but I read it's a very intentional nod to that character's arc

 

She's also gonna marry a little bald monk dude?

 

Nah, something about starting out bad and becoming good...

Now I'm picturing Jimmy bald

 

If Young Justice got another season we'd have supposedly gotten to see more of an evil Kara in that universe, I always wonder how that would've played out

 

Did MAWS just give us two queer couples in one episode on the last day of pride month

 

MAWS continues to be great. I'm three eps into Suicide Squad Isekai and it's mostly just okay so far. looks nice tho

 

I do appreciate how MAWS managed to do the "Evil Superman" thing without it being contrived and corny like it is pretty much every other time. I also love Kara's growth as a character

 

this dropped Friday and its hilarious!

first two eps of Kite Man were fun. he's not my fav character in the Harley series but they're making it work.
Ahh I didn't realize Lance Reddick was voicing Lex. RIP

Suicide Squad Isekai ep 6, June is really pretty--uh I mean, really seems like a pretty formidable opponent for Harley and the gang. Narratively the show is getting kinda repetitive, but the animation is damn good at least

I haven't been keeping up with the Tomorrowverse but between these two shows and MAWS, DC's animation side seems to be thriving, in spite of Zazlav's efforts to tear everything down

still a bit peeved MAX removed a lot of the DC animated films, but I guess their strategy is working, I've now purchased Batman and Harley Quinn, Batman Bad Blood, and Wonder Woman Bloodlines (I already had Batman Ninja, Death in the Family, and Under the Red Hood)

 

Are we getting arcane season 2 anytime soon
