Struggling to know where I land with Kamala is Brat. I don't know if her saying that would've meant anything (aside from political/vibes responses etc) if the Dems/news didn't double down on it. Seems like people are seeing the cringe as a coordinated thing between Charli and Kamala's followers, when it seems like one drove the other (which is maybe what Charli wanted the whole time)

Normally I would say that shes a celeb and what do you expect but this situation is unprecedented in so many ways. Not one for excuses, the violence and persecution needs to stop. The US govt is perpetuating it. There's no middle ground.

All the viral brat shit was already wearing thin on me, coming from someone whos been a fan since the True Romance and Sucker days. It all feels like viral marketing that has little to do with the music.

I was still rooting for her and happy for her to get recognition after all these years until now. So many celebs with more to lose have stuck their neck out to recognize their power / privilege and stand with Palestinian people publically. Disappointed

Kamala is Brat is cringe but Charli doing something to try to stop Trump, even as surface level and naive as this is, is still a positive in some aspects. I'm going to do my best to ignore Kamala is Brat and enjoy whatever Charli is cooking up for Brat's next phase.

If she doubled down more on the Free Palestine THAT would be pretty brat of her though
