i saw the tv glow came in, i'm now waiting for all three julien records and one last thao record then i should probably stop buying for a while hah...

 

I wish I could have seen the reaction on his face when he a) got the package and realised it was only ‘CD’ sized and b) when he learnt what a 7” was and realised how stupid he is.

Probably can’t return them as he’s trimmed them to fit his Discman

 

Or even more when he goes to play them at the wrong speed

 

Isn't that a really expensive box set? Why would anyone pay that much for a CD?

 

One time I sold a record and they messaged me saying I scammed them because the record was “bad covers” of the album instead of the actual album. I had zero clue what they were talking about since the album I sold was a) factory sealed and b) it’s not exactly like I could make a bootleg vinyl in my house? Buyer opens up a case on me via ebay and rather than go through the hassle I refund the record and have it sent back to me. Come to find out they had the record set to the wrong speed and the “bad covers” were just the songs played sped up. Never underestimate how stupid some people are.

 

Imagine sending someone an Alvin and the Chipmunks record but they play it at 33RPM.

snagged the Red Silver and White version

 

I was just revisiting As Good As Dead on the drive home. I've never listened to this album (and it's not ons streaming) but the colourways look sick.

Glad Bloc Party got on the repress train. Another grail down! I should grab Intimacy as well.

 

I can’t believe I slept on Forgive Durden so many years ago. Revisited “Wonderland” after seeing Near Mint had pressed it and maaaaaaan, I missed out.

 

ETR took it back, replaced it immediately. New one came today. So happy. This album straight up still bangs.

 

Ugh, they need to repress pack up the cats and as good as it gets. the only 2 i really want on vinyl!

 

Now THAT’S what I call customer service!
