Yeah, like, surely it'd be more interesting as a way to set up a title feud in the fall...D-Bry, Mox, Darby, Garcia and like PAC or something of that ilk. Or hell, if Kenny is ever wrestling again, thats a tme to bring him back. And you still put over The Elite in the match as a bridge to Danielson/Okada.

Whereas here Swerve is gonna lose...and then probably gonna lose again a month later...and in between be doing very little to build that Wembley match

 

fun fact. Evan Courageous is a very common regular at my restaurant/bar. Trust me, as a lifelong fan, it took me a solid 30 minutes to put the pieces together of who that exactly is....but then i remembered 3 count and went oh yeah! thats right. What's funny is that we were just talking about wrestling and he kept using sentences like "yeah wrestling Savage was awesome", "bret was awesome to work with it", "Johnny Ace was an asshole"..... and that's when I started to realizing he was Evan Courageous.

He comes in all the time so I'm definitely going to pick his brain.
