I was considering it too for a moment there, but it's still so far away, I need it for the summer. Turns out this one might be my fav too. But you guys have got a good point - I kinda forgot it's only 10 songs

 

This song rules. These are the dynamics I love most from Balance.

 

Let me tell you something:

I like every song slightly more than the last so far, not overplaying anything because this stuff is just made for that October weather

 

Do I dare ask how they made the video? I'm hoping it's real humans using AI-looking material to mock AI garbage.

EDIT: The description mentions the use of mocap so that means humans were involved. Yay!

Believe The Hype has quickly become my favorite track of the three released so far. Goddamn, this is so good.

As bad I wanna hear new music from them, getting it fresh in the perfect season for Balco listening is gonna be peak

 

It definitely feels like the perfect fall record, good point

 

I love that this one has a more obvious transition to a chorus and a cool vocal change up. Excellent mixing on all 3 tracks so far- I like how clean everything comes through, a pretty much perfect balance of vocals / lead riffs / backing guitar / bass / drums etc.

 

Yeah the pre-chorus/chorus is really good, made me think the pre-chorus was the chorus, then when the chorus hit I was like, "oh that is GOOD"

 

Both balance and wonder years are playing the same night in Indy lol fuck me

 

Philly balance show is the same night as the closest wonder years/menzingers show to Philly too. Bummer!

 

Similar issue for me, TWY & Menzingers in Portland on the 3rd and B&C in Providence on the 4th. No way I make that happen sadly. B&C takes priority.
