True. Such a shame as well because if you look at de la Fuente's managerial path v Carsley's and there's quite a few parallels. I don't mean to insult anyone, but your generic England supporter is likely to be blissfully unaware about the work Carsley has done. Those types deserve the likes of Gerrard or Lampard because of their "brand".

Whoa. How did the keeper from Turkiye get overlooked? If memory serves, he kept them in it for 2-3 games

    It's all hell.

I think Turkey conceded the most goals across the tournament (obviously skewed because they remained in for so long). The save vs Austria was insane though.

Infinite love and appreciation for what Southgate has done for us, definitely the time to go though. Hope the FA don't botch the next appointment but the fact they were apparently trying to extend him doesn't inspire the most hope lol

I'll give Ten Hag and Ratcliffe the "bare minimum" award for getting rid of Greenwood and welcoming Sancho back into the fold when at one point they looked set to do the opposite.

All I really want from the next manager is someone with the balls to drop a player for the system.

Bin Trippier for good and bring in a second left back, even if he’s a bit average. We need one to cover Shaw’s glass legs. Drop Walker, bring in Trent at right back. Walker looks cooked and he’s getting on anyway. Drop Foden to the bench and bring on Gordon on the left, we need to stop relying on Saka for basically everything good going forward. And tell Kane that if he isn’t fit, he doesn’t play. We have other strikers.

Either we get him or we make Madrid pay a more realistic price for a potential generational talent. I’m ok with those two being the possible outcomes.

Video reference from Fofana's X for anyone interested.

EDIT; Just realised you'll have to understand it first. In short: racists song about them being from Africa.

It was being live streamed. How dense (in more ways than one) from Enzo.

So going to my local teams first European match in 40 years next week. Still waiting to find the result of the leg before us to see if it’s a team from Iceland or Albania. Might give the away leg a miss if it’s in Albania…

“Both the governing body and Interpol are investigating the incidents after alleged death threats were issued by the Albanian club's board members and one of their fans reportedly threatened to stab a steward in his eyes, after the hosts grabbed a 99th minute equaliser in a 2-2 draw which led to carnage, with Northern Irish ref Tim Marshall spat on.”

Cavan Sullivan, the 14 year old who Philadelphia union gave the biggest homegrown contract to in may have named him in the squad for tonight’s game so he might get a sub appearance. He moves to man city when he turns 18 in [checks notes] 2028.

    Sigh.

This post reads like a riddle thats asking to find out your local team. So, with all the information you gave, I'll just take a guess:

    St. Mirren?
