Watching Havertz and the supreme lack of front line strikers for Germany after growing up watching klinnsman, klose, and podolski is so frustrating.

What’s the rule for a player getting a shot off but it being affected by a foul? I never see a foul called in this type of incident. But there, Morata had his shirt pulled which made his shot harder, and is a foul, but it wasn’t called because he got the shot off.
