I haven’t seen 2 in like over a decade but Predators was fun. Never saw The Predator was heard that one wasn’t great. Prey was so awesome

 

Predator 2 and Predators are both fun for what they are. I actually really fuck with The Predator despite everyone disagreeing with me lol, Prey is the best in the franchise though.

 

Twitter is a MINEFIELD for Maxxxine spoilers right now. Reactions seem to be all over the place. I'm excited for next weekend.

I will never stop insisting that Predator 2 fucking rules

 

I just wish they did more with the premise because Predator in the city is so so sick but it's still plenty fun for what it is

Just got back from beach and we’re popping in Jaws and we’ll do ID4 tonight as part of our yearly Fourth traditions. Glad others do the same thing

 

I still have to watch Alien 3, Resurrection, and Covenant before Romulus comes out. I don't know if I should bother with the AVP movies?

 

The first one is a ton of fun, but the sequel is not worth it.

 

1. Don't let 3 and Resurrection away you from watching Prometheus/Covenant and 2. AVP is 100% with watching, the sequel is 100% worth skipping

 

Romulus is supposedly taking place between 1 and 2 so technically, watching all of them is overkill (I say this as I am currently watching through all of them)

 

I actually saw Prometheus in theaters. i liked it! I'll do AVP but I'm not caught up on the Predator series either lol. Only seen the first and Prey

Is the better version of Alien 3 I saw posts about earlier streaming anywhere?

 

Excuse the very naive question, but does anyone here collect horror VHS tapes? I was kind of curious if anyone is actually dropping the kind of money sellers are asking for on eBay and Craigslist, or if most people just scour garage sales and things like that.

A few things I thought would be fun to have, but not for the prices I’m seeing haha. It’s not like it’s a superior format or anything, so is it purely driven by nostalgia?

 

Unfortunately, no, but if it's in your budget, I would recommend the Alien Quadrilogy boxset.

I wouldn't call myself a collector (I definitely don't seek them out), but if I come across a good one at a thrift store or a garage sale, I'll snag it. One of the coziest ones in that format that I own is Misery.

 

I’ve got about 80 vhs tapes and I get most of them for free or for $1 at thrift stores but i have to admit when I get good horror ones I usually sell them, lol. Sorry.
