Not working this week because I’m better than that. Had some work done on the house Monday, went camping yesterday. Lake beach day today. Feel too hot and gross to post. Definitely not going through the 100 pages when I get back. Keep me in the loop of all the important things that happen (nothing)

I have like 2 weeks off in July and I'm stoked. Could really use the break.

Nah, we're doing a few nights up in Portland with my parents/brother and then the following week doing a few nights in CT and seeing Blink

 

The CT nights will be great because my parents will have Milo so it'll actually just be beads and I taking a breath and relaxing for a change lol

 

I am going to my buddy’s camp from 7/12-7/15 and I cannot fucking wait.

 

I’m glad to not be working, but I realized that camping with kids is not something I want to do again anytime soon lol. I used to love camping and have had some glimpses of, “oh, this is the best” but between the million moths and the raccoons that were literally everywhere last night….not as fun as it was when I was single/pre kids and drunk 80% of the time

 

I will be drunk 98% of the time I am camping.

Camping's not really my jam but happy for Grimace.

Last time I went camping was a bachelor party where we went white water rafting and....yeah...hated that haha

 

I concede that Being Outside/camping would probably be good for me but I don't want to do it at all

 

the temp is gonna be over 100 for like 6 of the next 10 days

I will be inside as much as possible

I just unlocked a bit of trauma, but I forgot I almost died on that rafting trip haha.

I got knocked off the boat at one point, which is to be expected, but what I wasn't prepared for was being underneath it and trapped underwater. Shit was scary.

 

My buddy’s camp is a trailer up in the mountains of nowhere PA so it has running water and a shower. That’s my kinda camping. I don’t do tents and shit. We just grill, catch baseball/football, play wiffle ball, cornhole etc and drink a lot. We might do a canoe float down the river this year.
