Haven't heard this yet and was just about to post. Is Matty Mullins the new singer?

I think I confused the IKEA Kallax shelf back spacer guy. Ordered 16, ended up with 34. Telling my wife I need more shelves and records now so they don’t go to waste.

Maybe because I live in a decent sized metro but I’ve never experienced these Amazon issues. I think the worst was the wrong record.

I've ordered probably over a couple dozen records from Amazon and never experienced any issues.

despite previous skepticism, i'm at a point where i'd say that big box retailers like Amazon are doing a much better job at shipping vinyl than they used to (based on the horror stories i've heard). the resurgence of the format has put them in a position where they have to package things correctly for the sake of customer service. nowadays the only complaints i hear about Amazon are that their exclusive variants rarely look like the mockups (which happens all the time regardless of retailer). i think other stores are following suit as well. i ended up ordering that repress of Loathe's last album from Best Buy of all places (had a rewards certificate), and it came in perfect condition.

I've had nothing but problems with Amazon. But it has been a few years since I've ordered from them so maybe they're better now.

We’ve had this discussion a few times already and I’m 70/30 on receiving a record in good/bad condition respectively. If bad, they make it right anyway without question. Can’t say the same for the non-big box. With them I need to send detailed photos, or a video of the record playing to prove defects. Give me a break.

I’ve had a record player for like 3 years but no speakers so I was just casually buying records here and there.

my work gifted me a speaker and now I buy like 2 to 3 records a week now. Lmao. I gotta stop. This is my life now.

i've been watching my spending habits on records this year, and i think i only have 18-ish new additions? with 2 additional on preorder, and 1 other that's about to ship being an early birthday gift?

I think I'm long overdue to replace the stylus on my u turn orbit. Probably should order a new drive belt too. Any suggestions? Was looking at the audio technica AT91B because that's what u turn has suggested on their site. Also is it a pain in the ass replacing it?

I was finally able to get this done. So happy to have my collection out of boxes after 5 months.

But, holy hell was it a lot of work to reorganize.
