Are they…hinting at anything more than a tour?

 

Andrew’s Pillar says “…and maybe dish out some news”. Pretty sure they’ve been in the studio, so maybe a single is coming?

 

Even if it’s not a full album, it would be wild to get new music from this band in 2024.

 

Who’s to say they don’t already have music recorded you just never know

 

I’ll be a happy man if we get new music. I just hope it sounds like Something Corporate and not one of Andrew’s other projects (I do love his other projects, just saying).

“Andrew McMahon and the Wilderness and Something Corporate”, or as I like to call it, “Something Corporate”

 

This is just a thought, but is it possible this song was started by one band but finished by the other and that's why they’re both credited?

 

It was a collaboration during the Jack's Corporate Wilderness retreat

 

I believe they're both credited for streaming purposes--AMITW has higher streaming numbers than SOCO

 

As has been pointed out before by other people, you don't tend to see this reflected in artwork or marketing.

Which isn't to say you're wrong, but I agree with others that it's very unusual.

 

The over analysis of Something Corporate releasing new music has reached Star Wars level of oh come on now.

That press release kind of makes it sound like this is a Wilderness song featuring Something Corporate, which is close to what I previously surmised, and explains quite a bit.

Oh, interesting, apparently something is coming where the collab is in reverse, like a Something Corporate song featuring Wilderness.
