First time I saw blink I was 15 and had to go with two friends and our dads.

their reaction to seeing the flaming FUCK sign on stage is still something we all laugh about to this day. Dads included.

Hopefully they're saving the best for last! That's the show with Alexisonfire & Hot Milk opening right? Seems like it's gonna be a great time!

Ask me after Lolla - taking my daughter who will be a couple weeks short of 4. Seeing them a week later without the little one so I won’t be devastated if we have to make an early exit.

Dance With Me for me goes down as one of the best Blink songs.

  5. My son is 10 and I would take him. He’s been to Sum 41 and Motion City.

I’m old enough to remember and appreciate what Nirvana did, and then the doors being smashed open again with Dookie.

But this is the album that changed everything for me.

Elementary school me took in Dude Ranch, along with Smash and Dookie, under the guise of 90s alternative rock. It was actually Lagwagon’s Let’s Talk About Feelings in 1998 that really opened and my eyes and brain to this entire genre of punk/pop-punk I could search out on my own with great bands that sound like the previously aforementioned 3 bands.

So, I retroactively updated my mid-90s mainstream pop punk bands to being part of the genre but, at the time, Offspring and Blink and Green Day were in the same bucket for me as Stone Temple Pilots, Lit, Sugar Ray, etc. Weirdly, I never liked Nirvana and I still enjoy listening to Foo Fighters’ debut more than any Nirvana or subsequent FF record.

Mark’s Instagram story shows a portion of the new circle stage. Looks like the stage is going to be the new smiley logo.

So much for avoiding spoilers already. Too excited.

    Are You Watching Closely?

Just got an email from ticketmaster.... apparently Travis is doing a meet and greet in the tour. Good price for a fake tattoo AND a Polaroid photo! Lol. #TravisKardashian

Just realized I never shared my Blink skate deck collection in here. First row are all Blink or Blink related (minus the autographed Midtown board.)

The price is crazy, but still better than those VIP packages that cost $800+ and don't have any artist involvement.

The price for the NYC show is $1,500 lol. But it's not a fake tattoo, it's real. You just dont really have much say on the design.
