Just done a house move this past weekend with 1000+. There are some perfect boxes by Really Useful although not cheap.

I should buy this and swap the vinyl and jacket around with my observatory pressing. LOL

 

This is what I did. Most of the smaller shops will also utilize those boxes for browsing.

 

I just moved from FL to TX, had to move about 400. I bought some crates from Walmart that were like 14x17, unfortunately they're not stackable so I bought some 40gallon totes, and was able to fit 2 of the crates in one tote. Added plenty of bubble wrap and packing paper to ensure no movement while in transit. Ended up with like 7 of those totes, and records got here fine. Sure, it wasn't ideal but it didn't cost too much.

Ugh, the covers look SO cool but I 100% do not need this. My OG copies also have 10 Friends on it so I will sadly pass. I had variant collected Underoath back in the day but ever since those NFT releases, I sold the bulk of my collection and only kept the really cool ones.

 

Hell yeah, nabbed it, thanks again @satellitexyears for the heads-up. It's too bad there's no 10 friends but I'm happy to finally be getting this!

Like @zeketheplmbr said, this is my Vinyl Collective now that it seems its down (though I haven't been on there in a few years). Folks here enjoy the hobby as much as me, so we may as well share our photos and mail days, links for PO's and drops etc.

 

Agreed on Kearney, though I don't have that one on vinyl!

 

Yeah it's really looking more and more likely it's done. It's unfortunate too, as I said earlier in here they had a good section for the punk/hardcore that I followed to catch the new releases while everything else was always posted here, but looks like it's RIP now.

Bring on all the 20th anniversary pressings! This year and next might get expensive....

 

I hope they re-press Dashboard’s Dusk & Summer and I’m also missing A Mark, A Mission…like most people. I’ll need to give your other recommendations a spin too!

 

Urban Outfitters did those in 2018, and they're pretty bare-bones pressings. I'd spring for a 2xLP A Mark, A Mission if there's ever a bigger pressing, or a Dusk & Summer with "Vindicated" and the pre-gap bonus track "Write It Out."

 

I am very much on the fence about getting that UO record. Never been a huge fan of the band overall, but I did wear that album out for about a year at a formative time in my life.

Yeah I joined VC in May 2020. It opened a floodgate which great also fed into a lot more buying and my collection has blown up since.

I've said it before, the next 2-3 years of 20th anniversaries and potential represses / first pressings is going to be deadly!
