I don't do hotels a lot, but I feel like I wouldn't want to rush them on the part where they clean and disinfect the room for me...

Which is why you wouldn’t tell them the day of. If you communicate in advance, they can appropriately schedule the cleaning. I’ve only ever asked once and they were totally cool with it.

Ugh yep I had a 5am flight a couple years ago. Logan Airport is 1hr 15min away, so combined with wanting to get there a bit early, just had to pull an all nighter. Can't sleep on planes. I was so tired haha.
