anecdotal but i think this album is going way bigger than crash - i have some friends who hated her and are suddenly going to the tour, apparently it von dutch got a huge reaction at the club in Edmonton Alberta of all places... shits hitting different

 

it like definitely factually will be bigger

I know a lot of people getting in on this who never really listened to her before

 

I’m one of those. I tried getting into her in the past and nothing really stuck for me. This album is hitting different, though.

 

Not surprising, I think this is by far her most impressive album and hits more immediately than anything else. Time will tell how it stacks up to stuff like how I’m feeling now and pop 2 and charli but it’s pretty apparent she hit something close to magic here
