Totally. Balance’s best songs always have a looming heaviness that keeps the tension alive, even if the songs don’t always necessarily go there. These new songs do a great job of hitting those rhythmic grooves that made LWM work well while keeping that undercurrent in the mix

 

Sorrow Machine just blew me away. Those backing vocals? Whew
