Reel Big Fish and Anti-Flag announcing a tour

 

Alter Bridge have always been on the cusp but never really matched the level of other arena rock bands. They really should be much bigger since Myles and Tremonti are both known names in the rock world.

 

I have local dates on both of these. Saw AB and RBF this summer but I feel like that RBF show will be a blast so I'll probably end up at that one.

 

Strange combination.

 

I'm guessing both bands will do both of those albums in full? Also, will Anti-Flag be put on the NYC date after their Irving Plaza show with the Souls?

 

Seems to be the case for both, no date exemptions on the poster.

 

Well the NYC date is without Anti-Flag. There's a small * next to it and I believe that's the only date.

 

I need to get my eyes checked

 

I'm a huge fan of the dual anniversary tour. Cool idea since both albums turned 20 this year

 

Super stoked for that. Especially w/ Direct Hit opening

 

What other bands have done dual anniversary tours? The Say Anything, Saves the Day, Reggie & The Full Effect one comes to mind.

 

So many shows in Chicago this weekend.

I know this is more of a local post, but I'm really liking how that venue in Ft. Wayne, IN used to be a 21+ venue and just a few weeks ago after it got remodeled it became an all ages venue and it's now getting an influx of shows. I guess they finally realized the amount of business they were losing out on.

 

Same goes for Double Door in Chicago. But now it's closing...

 

Same with the outerspace ballroom in ct was 21+ but this year they started all ages shows there which is great so we get more tours cuz we lost the heirloom last year

 

Per the Moneen thread we can expect some news from their camp today

 

Mest is teasing an announcement on Monday. I bet it's an album anniversary show.

 

When does the Self Help lineup usually get announced?

 

From a quick search, 2014 and 2015 were announced in December and 2016 in August.
