haha it is a replica so technically not sharpened....the blade itself is kinda dull but the point at the end is actually pretty sharp. WIll definitely come in handy when the zombies come

I recommend taking enough cash out of a trust fund to pay for about 50-60% of your house and then getting a mortgage for the remainder

you could pay the entire amount in cash outright but having that smaller mortgage payment that you always pay off is a nice way to build up credit and show the banks that you're a stand up person
