Also all the top cities in the country are drastically different. People get bored of Chicago and move to Seattle or can no longer afford Seattle and move to Atlanta etc. it still feels like changing your environment a lot

 

Yeah I've only been to SoCal 4x and have never been to NorCal, I went to Oregon for a friend's wedding, and flew to Alaska from TX for a vacation so they were all separate trips

 

yeah my definition is “I have slept a night outside of the airport in this state”

with the exception of Kansas, which I’ll count because the 12 hours it takes to drive on the interstate through it is enough to get the impression
