I knew the list for eligible events near me would be bad for my tastes, but not this bad. LoL.

 

Yeah, there's maybe 4/5 I wanna see and that's excluding outside venues.

 

There's two near me that I'm intrigued by... And they're both on the same night (Madness/Fishbone and the Damned). If the Ticketmaster web site ever decides to stop timing out I'm gonna be trying for the Madness show.

EDIT: The tickets are apparently gone. GD, I hate Ticketmaster so much. LOL

 

Creed's like the only one I'd consider doing, and that's only for nostalgia's sake. Probably also doesn't help that there's only one LiveNation owned venue in the entire area (our local shed) and AXS has a stranglehold on the mid-range venues here.

 

i love looking at what available here in chicago and then i think actually getting to these venues (aragon, northerly island, casinos, etc) and im like ehhhhhhh. chicago's list is pretty impressive tho.

Live Nation finally started loading for me. Pulled up Impractical Jokers and Third Eye Blind/Yellowcard and was like "wow, look how many seats are available for the $25 deal!" Then received a work call, hung up 10 minutes later, and both shows were sold out. Guess the website started working for everyone at the same time lol

I had a big group that really wanted to go to Creed, which, for $25, sure! The face on them is like $155, which, lol. I got the Live Nation pre-sale email Monday and was able to very easily grab 4 (the max.) Problem was, I needed like, 8.

So, I figured I'd try during the Rakuten sale with my friend's account. Except that they released entirely different seats for the T-Mobile/Rakuten sale, so I couldn't match them up with my existing 4.

Then Ticketmaster went to total hell this morning, I couldn't even access the event page until 11:45 and of course, what little was once there was long gone.

So, you know, a pretty typical Ticketmaster experience.

 

I genuinely can’t imagine being this upset over a little joke. Yikes

 

Kind of shocking to see how poorly the Charli/Troye tour is selling. Outside of LA, SD, Chicago, and NYC none of the dates are even 30% sold according to TM. Nashville, Columbus, and Detroit have maybe sold 5k combined.

 

Idk if shocking is the right word, they’re still fairly niche artists all things considered. In Toronto at least I’m shocked they aren’t playing the smaller arena in the downtown core

 

Charli played a 1k cap venue here 2 years ago and it barely sold out right before it happened, feel like arena jumps didn’t make sense other than major markets

 

Some artists are just not big enough for arenas but they do not actually want to hear that lol
