Origins is a great starting point. Valhalla is my favorite modern AC but I’m playing odyssey for the first time rn. I’ve played a good amount of the classic AC games and like most of them a lot too, 2 and brotherhood are great and I had fun with unity and syndicate. rogue is only for die hades imo but I haven’t played 3 or 4 yet.

Yes, all the trails games thus far are all on steam, Playstation has all of them except the sky trilogy and switch has all of them minus the sky trilogy and the first two cold steel games (although those two in particular have been on switch in asia for three years now with no chance of them ever receiving western ports :-)))) )

I got that and Jedi survivor. Got a few more days to decide if I wanna get persona 5 but I’ve been sitting on p4 for months now so I’m leaning toward waiting til I at least get somewhat far into p4

I still prefer Lies of P over Lords of the Fallen but LOTF is still great

Gave up on LOTF about halfway through. Might return to it one day but there are just so many enemies and the vast majority of them are very dull to fight. Some good bosses though.

My main issue is that the game has zero progression. With the old games, you would unlock new areas or equipment as you go, and each new area would have new fish and it felt special every time you found something new. There were also some legendary creatures in certain areas of the map as a reward for exploration. In this one, the maps are procedurally generated and it seems all fish are equally likely to show up anywhere. The first creature I found was a whale and the second was a megaladon. Its nice to look at fish but it just doesnt feel meaningful when you see something new.

Aside from that, everything about the game is extremely low effort. The fish animations range from fine to bad, the story mode might as well not be there, the multiplayer (the main focus of the game) is through codes only. I would suggest not paying full price for it.

Yeah it’s crazy people have opinions

I literally said I liked LOTF, I just found the last part of the game disappointing compared to Lies of P which I feel like nailed the back half better

I mean look who is most ardent supporter of it in this thread. Tells you something!

LOTF has a lot of good things but is also kind of annoying in many others.
